 Meet Sam W. Boone, Jr.

Since 1980, Sam has focused on the preservation, growth, control, and transfer of estates, including tax planning, probate, planning for incapacity and long-term care for his clients, and succession strategies for their small businesses. In addition to counseling and otherwise assisting his clients, he maintains a full schedule of speaking engagements throughout Florida—educating other attorneys, licensed financial planners, and the public about estate tax and planning, trusts, and guardianship.
Mr. Boone graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1978 and entered practice with a mid-sized law firm in Tallahassee. He was admitted to The Florida Bar on September 17, 1979. He opened his own law office in 1980.
