Jorja M. Williams practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, guardianship administration, probate, trust administration and estate and trust related litigation.
Ms. Williams is a “Double Gator,” obtaining her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, she was a pupil member of the American Inns of Court, clerked with Sam W. Boone, Jr., P.A. and interned for Circuit Judge Mel Grossman of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, FL. Upon graduating, Ms. Williams received a Certificate in Estates and Trusts and the Community Service Award.
Ms. Williams is a member of the Young Lawyers Division, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Tax Law and Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the North Central Florida Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its Florida Chapter, Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
Ms. Williams is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. |
